Shipping

Artworks are shipped worldwide. Read below for details. If you need your order in a hurry, please get in touch to ensure delivery on time.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS (5-7 working days)

Your order is shipped by Australia Post as soon as your payment has cleared. You will receive notification and your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Insurance is included in the shipping price in case your order is lost or delayed in transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (2-3 weeks)

Australia Post International Registered Post is very reliable and used to get your order to you. If you have any questions regarding international freight, please contact me.

Please note that all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are your responsibility, unless agreed to prior to placing your order. To find out what the additional customs charges will be (if any), please contact your local customs office. Though it is out of my control if customs delay your parcels, if called upon, I will work with customs to ensure a quick release of your order.

TIMEFRAME

The Letterpress Prints have already been editioned and are waiting safely in the studio to send to you. 

There may be times when an order is unable to be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be offered, or an alternative, whichever you prefer.

I understand that birthdays and celebrations don’t wait, so if you require one of my artworks by a specific date it is best to contact me with a timeframe request before placing your order, and I’ll let you know if I’m able to accommodate your needs.

Any delivery date or time specified here is my best estimate only, so thank you for understanding that I won’t be liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delivery delay.
