Shipping & Delivery

Every artwork is carefully prepared and securely packaged for its journey. Orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia, with delivery available throughout Australia and internationally.

Production & Dispatch

Letterpress prints and embroideries are prepared for dispatch from the studio.

Giclée prints are printed on demand and therefore require additional production time before shipping. Once printed, each artwork is carefully checked and prepared for dispatch.

Australian Orders

Orders within Australia are sent using a tracked delivery service. Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information so you can follow its journey.

International Orders

International shipping is available to most destinations.

All international orders are securely packaged and sent using a tracked service wherever available. Delivery times vary according to destination and may be affected by customs processing in the receiving country.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Every care is taken to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork and contact me promptly so I can help resolve the problem.
