Wow! What a fantastic show!

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who was able to visit Collected Patterns: The botany of Walter Hill at Myrtle Street Studio (MSS). We clocked more than 200 visitors through the gallery in just five days! I am so completely grateful to you all for your support, positive feedback and for some of you loving the works so much, you want to live with them!

Also, and this goes without saying… Thank you Jay Dee Dearness for not only providing such a beautiful gallery to exhibit in, but for all the support that a gallery director provides with it. Myrtle Street Studio is truly a precious little Artist Run Initiative, and those of you who have visited to date, all agree. Those of you who haven’t, pop on over to the MSS website and sign up for news updates and information on coming exhibitions.

While this project is ‘officially’ over, I want to let you know I have been inspired to take this work further… So, keep your eyes peeled for what will evolve as the year rolls on…
