As the last blog post for 2010, I wanted to thank you all for your support this year. You’ve been amazing!
2010 has seen the development of the Falling Leaves sample packs and meeting a wonderful bunch of architects and interior designers; Falling Leaves wallpaper installed in a number of new projects; the amazing opportunity to work with Moore & Moore to design their inaugural wallpaper collection launching early 2011; and the support of SignatureBrisbane to allow me to develop Collected Patterns: The botany of Walter Hill into an exhibition to be held at Myrtle Street Studio in March next year. I’m grateful to the Indesign group for the chance to write for Indesign Live, Indesign magazine and DQ magazine about some great people, events and projects in Brisbane and the Brisbane design community for holding so many inspiring talks, seminars, forums and events, including Unlimited: Designing for the Asia Pacific. There have been another couple of major projects on the boil, which I hope to be able to announce early in the new year.
Meanwhile, I would like to wish you all a peaceful and restful holiday season and that you emerge on the other side refreshed and ready to embrace a very positive, successful and dynamic 2011!
