I’m up next!
Yes… I will be speaking at the prestigious Design Institute of Australia‘s (DIA) Bubble & Speak Breakfast Seminar series in September and I’m busy working on my presentation as I write! No pressure, I’ll just be keeping company with the likes of the very talented design/illustration duo Pandarosa (aka ‘the Pandas’) at The Emporium Hotel, Brisbane on 15 September and at Q1 Resort and Spa Hotel, Gold Coast on 16 September. And, it’s not the 6.45am starts I’m worried about!
I’ve been to many of the Bubble & Speak Breakfast’s over the years, and there certainly have been some very, very talented people giving us insights into their creative practices, sharing their inspirations, struggles and ‘wow’ moments, and it’s hard to believe I might be in the same league as to be invited to present about my practice.
