Artisan supports Collected Patterns: The botany of Walter Hill

Artisan supports Collected Patterns: The botany of Walter Hill
March 10, 2011 KT

As a long-standing member of Artisan (formerly Craft Queensland), I am delighted for Collected Patterns: The botany of Walter Hill, my current solo exhibition, to be featured on the Artisan blog this week.

The lovely Andrea Higgins, Artisan’s Sector Development Manager, visited Myrtle Street Studio on Saturday and took the lovely picture below of her husband Michael Barnett and their daughter Claire, Malcom Enright (Ephemeral-Male), Barbara Heath (Jeweller to the Lost) and Peter Liddy from Queensland Art Gallery. All old friends, it was great they were able to synchronize their visit apparently without any prior planning and enjoy the exhibition together!

Make sure you visit the Artisan blog to keep on top of all the great craft and design events at the Artisan gallery, featured craftspeople in their stores and other industry news around Brisbane.
